The Executive AI Institute ("EAII", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Contact details you provide through our contact form or event registrations: name, email, company and your message.
Diagnostic responses from the AI Leadership Roadmap are processed in your browser. They are not transmitted to us unless you choose to share your report.
Usage data: basic, aggregate analytics about how the site is used. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and deliver programs you have asked about.
To administer event registrations and send the practical emails those events need.
To send our newsletter, only if you explicitly subscribe, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

What we don't do

We never sell your data.
We don't share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate this site and our events, under contract.

Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain enquiry and registration data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and comply with GDPR and CCPA.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
